Goa, Sept. 14 -- A man identifying himself as ArputhaRaj has released a video claiming responsibility for the August 28 firing outside Majestic Casino in Porvorim, while making a series of allegations about the incident and naming casino director Shrinivas Nayak.

In the video, ArputhaRaj alleged that the shooting was a planned "cross-firing" exercise and claimed that he had been promised Rs.1 crore to carry out the act. He further alleged that he had been assured that neither he nor Nayak would be harmed.
