Goa, Nov. 7 -- Sanguem Police have registered an FIR against Messias alias Meshu D'Costa for allegedly trespassing into the Sanguem Municipal Council premises and dumping a sack containing a dead dog's carcass near the Birth and Death Section.

The incident reportedly took place on November 5. According to the complaint, the accused allegedly entered the municipal office premises and dumped the carcass, creating an unhygienic environment.

The act also allegedly disrupted the functioning of the municipal office and caused obstruction to its regular operations. Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway.
