India, March 12 -- A shortage of LPG cylinders across Goa has triggered concern among hotels, restaurants and beach shacks, with industry representatives warning that continued supply disruptions could affect daily operations.
Members of the hospitality sector said several eateries are already struggling due to the limited availability of cooking gas cylinders. With LPG being a primary fuel source for kitchens, businesses fear that prolonged shortages could significantly impact food preparation and service.
