Goa, July 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a late-night video message on Thursday, announced that the Centre will introduce a tougher law to curb examination paper leaks, including provisions for fast-track courts and stricter punishments for offenders. The proposed legislation will be placed before the Union Cabinet on Friday and, if approved, is expected to be introduced in Parliament next week.
