Goa, July 17 -- Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal has emerged as an injury concern for Spain ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026 final against Argentina after missing the team's main training session on Friday.

Spain resumed preparations for the title clash following their semifinal victory over France, but Yamal did not train with the rest of the squad. Instead, the teenage star was seen with heavy strapping on his left thigh and reportedly completed only a light training session away from the main group alongside defender Pedro Porro.
