Goa, Oct. 29 -- The daughter of Jayabalakrishnan, a 55-year-old man killed in a Mercedes-Benz crash in Kochi, has expressed disappointment after the Kerala High Court granted anticipatory bail to the judge whose minor son allegedly drove the vehicle.

Bhadrakeerthi alleged that the judge and his family may have tampered with evidence following the accident. She questioned whether the judge was receiving preferential treatment because of his position and said the family would continue its fight for justice.
