Goa, April 15 -- The investiga tion into the killing of Tanvi Ghadi at Kazur within the jurisdiction of Caurem-Pir la in Quepem taluka has taken a new turn, with po lice now focusing on the origin of the firearm used in the crime and whether the accused possessed a valid licence. The accused, Sweth Gaude, was produced before the court, which granted four days of police remand, said Quepem PI Prashal Dessai. He added that the firearm has been seized and efforts are underway to determine whether it was legally owned.
