Goa, May 26 -- The Karapur-Sarvan Village Panchayat has issued a show cause notice to Errichter Infra Pvt. Ltd. regarding sub-division permissions granted for Survey Nos. 148/0 and 176/1.

The action follows resolutions passed during the gram sabha demanding the revocation of earlier No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued in connection with the project.

According to the notice, the developer has been directed to submit its explanation within 15 days from the date of receiving the communication.

The matter is expected to be taken up further by the panchayat authorities after reviewing the developer's response.
