Goa, May 27 -- The IPL 2026 Eliminator between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals is set to take place at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday evening, with the winner advancing to Qualifier 2.

SRH entered the playoffs after finishing third in the league standings with nine wins and five defeats from 14 matches. Although they ended with the same win-loss record as Gujarat Titans and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, their lower net run rate of +0.524 forced them into the Eliminator instead of Qualifier 1.
