Goa, July 28 -- India has officially invited Nepal Prime Minister Balendra Shah for a visit, marking a fresh attempt to strengthen ties between the two neighbours. The Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that an invitation has been extended, though dates are yet to be finalised.
