Goa, Oct. 30 -- The INDIA bloc has postponed its planned "public impeachment" of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar to October 31 due to unfavourable weather conditions in New Delhi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi announced on Friday.

Addressing a press conference alongside leaders of Opposition parties, Gandhi said the decision was taken unanimously after rain made the lawns muddy, creating difficulties for senior leaders expected to participate in the event.
