Goa, Aug. 10 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD), through the Meteorological Centre Goa at Altinho, Panaji, has issued a district-wise weather warning for Goa covering August 10 to 16, 2026, forecasting continued rainfall across the state during the period.

The latest IMD forecast indicates fairly widespread to widespread rainfall over Konkan and Goa during the week. The department has specifically issued a heavy rainfall warning for August 11, while no weather warning is currently in place for Goa on the remaining days of the seven-day period.
