Goa, July 9 -- HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian arm of global banking major HSBC, has expanded its footprint in Hyderabad by sub-leasing more than 2.03 lakh square feet of premium office space in Gachibowli, under a deal valued at nearly Rs.388 crore over the lease period.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the office space has been sub-leased from Executive Centre India Ltd. at Phoenix H09 in Avance Business Hub. The agreement covers the entire third and fourth office floors of the building, with a total super built-up area of 2,03,755 square feet and a carpet area of 1,30,802 square feet.
