Goa, May 4 -- A house break-in incident has been reported from Aucchit Vado, Tivim, after unidentified persons allegedly trespassed into a locked residence while the owners were out of station.

The complaint, filed at Colvale Police Station, states that the incident occurred on May 3, where the house owner had left for Pune with his wife on May 2. CCTV footage reviewed on May 4 showed four unidentified men forcibly entering the house by cutting the locks and ransacking cupboards and rooms.

Neighbours secured the premises and lodged a complaint. Police have conducted a site inspection and launched an investigation.
