Goa, May 11 -- Mapusa MLA Joshua De Souza has commenced hotmixing and road reinstatement works in the Market Yard and KTC Bus Stand areas of Mapusa. The works are being carried out to restore roads damaged during underground cable-laying operations undertaken by the Electricity Department. The initiative aims to improve road quality and ensure safer and smoother traffic movement for commuters and residents. Present during the inspection were MMC Chairperson Priya Mishal, Councillor Sainath Raul, BJP Mapusa Mandal President Yogesh Khedekar, MMA President Shripad Sawant, former Sub Yard Chairman and trader Amey Natekar, along with MMA members, shopkeepers and the contractor.
