Goa, Oct. 28 -- The High Court has declined to grant interim relief seeking a stay on the implementation of the 100-point reservation roster and seat matrix for postgraduate medical courses at Goa Medical College (GMC) for the academic year 2026-2027.

The decision allows the reservation roster and seat matrix to remain in effect at this stage of the proceedings, as the court has not granted the requested interim stay.

The matter concerns the reservation framework and distribution of seats for postgraduate medical admissions at GMC for the upcoming academic year.

Further developments will depend on the subsequent proceedings in the case.
