Goa, Nov. 6 -- The Election Com mission of India's (ECI) handling of the Special In tensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls has come un der judicial scrutiny, with the High Court of Bombay at Goa on Thursday setting aside the illegal deletion of six members of the Sal gaonkar family and direct ing their inclusion in the Santa Cruz electoral roll within 10 days.
