Gurugram Hit-And-Run: Biker Demands Arrest, Strict Punishment For All Four Accused
Goa, Sept. 16 -- Gurugram hit-and-run victim Sia has said she is "not satisfied" with the arrest of accused Kalyan Bainsla, describing it as only the first step towards justice. She demanded that all four men allegedly present in the car during the incident be arrested and given the strictest possible punishment.
Bainsla, 33, and his cousin Lavnish, 34, were arrested by Gurugram Police in Rajgarh, Rajasthan, following a two-day search. Police said Bainsla allegedly tried to escape custody on the pretext of urinating but fell and sustained injuries. He was later provided first aid at a hospital.
Gurugram DCP (East) Sandeep Kumar said the available footage appeared to show Bainsla deliberately hitting Sia from the side after an argument. ...
