Goa, May 9 -- The Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) has undertaken the Phase II redevelopment of the Parra-Verla-Canca Football Ground at an estimated cost of Rs.4.98 crore, aiming to strengthen sports infrastructure and promote football development in the region.
The foundation stone for the redevelopment project was laid by Pramod Sawant in the presence of Michael Lobo and other dignitaries.
The project is expected to provide improved facilities for local football players and sports enthusiasts while boosting the overall sporting culture in Bardez.
