India, March 4 -- Goans residing in the Middle East are safe and there is no cause for panic, according to Narendra Sawaikar. Speaking to Herald TV, he said that flight services have begun operating again and any evacuation will be carried out once the Government of India takes a formal decision.

Sawaikar assured families in Goa that there is no immediate threat to Goans living in the affected regions.
