Goa, Oct. 31 -- The Goa Directorate of Transport has issued a public advisory urging motorists and citizens to verify their e-challan status and make payments only through authorised government portals and applications.

The advisory cautions citizens against fraudulent websites, suspicious payment links and unverified platforms that may attempt to deceive users and obtain their personal or financial information.

The department has advised the public to use only the following official portals for e-challan verification and payments:

Citizens have been urged to exercise caution while making online payments and ensure that transactions are carried out only through verified government platforms to avoid falling victim to online fraud.
