Goa, Oct. 28 -- The Mapusa Additional Sessions Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to Mandrem resident Rajat Naik in connection with the alleged assault and robbery of Vadodara tourist Rohan Bist.

The interim relief will remain in force until the next hearing on November 2.

Meanwhile, the Pernem Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court has reserved its order on the bail application of arrested accused Prashant Parsekar. The order is scheduled for October 28.

The case involves allegations of assault and robbery against the tourist from Vadodara, Gujarat. The latest developments concern the ongoing bail proceedings involving the two accused.
