Goa, July 6 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has announced that the Goa government has identified a 2,000-square-metre plot in Pandharpur for the construction of the proposed Goa Vithal Rakhumai Bhavan, aimed at providing facilities for Goan devotees visiting the pilgrimage town.

Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Sawant expressed confidence that the Bhavan would be completed and inaugurated in time for the next Wari pilgrimage, offering improved accommodation and amenities to devotees from Goa.

The Chief Minister also revealed that the state government has purchased a 4,000-square-metre plot in Ayodhya, where Goa Ram Nivas will be constructed to provide accommodation for Goan pilgrims visiting the holy city.
