Goa, July 1 -- 26-year-old player from Ambaulim collapsed while playing at Dando Ground in Benaulim; probe to examine circumstances surrounding the incident.

Goa Sports Minister Ramesh Tawadkar has ordered an inquiry into the death of 26-year-old footballer Dailon Nathalino Carvalho, who collapsed while participating in a football match at Dando Ground in Benaulim.

Carvalho, a resident of Ambaulim in Quepem, reportedly collapsed on the field during the match and later died, prompting widespread concern within Goa's football community.
