Goa, Sept. 13 -- In a major breakthrough, Goa Police, operating alongside the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UP STF), has arrested one of the primary shooters involved in a high-profile case. The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Babu (resident of Mumbai, originally from Bahraich, UP), was intercepted and apprehended near the Nepal border. While one gunman is now in custody, law enforcement authorities have intensified a multi-state manhunt for a second accused individual, who currently remains absconding and recently released a video message while on the run.
