PANAJI, Nov. 5 -- The Goa High Court is scheduled to pronounce its verdict on Thursday afternoon in a petition filed by St Cruz resident Paresh Salgaonkar and five members of his family challenging the exclusion of their names from the electoral roll following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

The petition challenges the non-inclusion of the six family members' names in the electoral roll after the revision exercise.

The court's verdict is expected to determine the outcome of the family's challenge to their exclusion from the voters' list.
