PANAJI, Sept. 29 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa has granted conditional bail to Rohan Harmalkar in connection with an alleged Rs.220.97-crore land-grabbing and money-laundering case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

According to the ED, an alleged syndicate targeted valuable properties whose owners were deceased, residing abroad or had left their properties unattended. The agency has alleged that forged succession documents, wills and sale deeds were used to claim ownership of properties in areas including Anjuna, Revora, Parra, Nadora, Camorlim and Mapusa.
