Goa, June 9 -- The possibility of an electoral alliance between the Congress and the Goa Forward Party remains uncertain, with Goa Forward President Vijai Sardesai stating that there have been no concrete efforts by the Congress leadership to forge a partnership in the state.

Speaking on the political landscape in Goa, Sardesai said that the alliance cannot be taken for granted, alleging that the Congress leadership does not appear to consider the Goa Forward Party as a significant partner.
