Goa Education Department Issues Advisory to Schools Against Religious and Political Influence
Goa, July 15 -- The Directorate of Education has issued a precautionary advisory directing all government, aided and unaided schools in Goa to prevent unauthorised outsiders from entering campuses and influencing students in the name of religion or politics.
Director of Education Shailesh R. Sinai Zingde clarified that no such incidents have been reported in schools so far. He said the circular was issued as a preventive measure after some educational institutions brought instances of political activity to the department's notice.
