Goa, Sept. 16 -- The High Court has directed the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to place on record all official orders and agreements relating to the transfer of management of the Goa State Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Limited, popularly known as Goa Dairy, to the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).

The direction was issued during the hearing of the matter concerning the proposed transfer of Goa Dairy's management to the NDDB.

The court has sought the relevant official records, including orders and agreements pertaining to the transfer, for its consideration.

The matter has been posted for further hearing on October 7.
