Goa Crime Branch raids Zuarinagar premises, finds five petroleum tankers
Goa, June 27 -- In a major crackdown, the Goa Crime Branch on Saturday raided a premises at Vidyanagar Colony in Zuarinagar over allegations of illegal storage of petroleum products. The operation was led by Superintendent of Police Jivba G. Dalvi.During the search, officials reportedly discovered five petroleum tankers parked inside a walled compound. According to the Crime Branch, the tankers had been concealed within the premises and were not visible from outside, raising suspicion over the nature of the storage.The authorities have launched a detailed investigation to determine whether the petroleum products were being stored in violation of safety and legal regulations.
