Goa, April 24 -- The Bombay High Court at Goa has granted interim medical bail to an accused involved in the seizure of over 23 kg of ganja at Mopa Airport. The court allowed temporary release on a Rs.50,000 personal bond with sureties so the accused can undergo angioplasty. Authorities directed submission of hospital records and limited visitation to immediate family. Strict conditions apply, including surrender within 15 days, passport deposit, and travel restrictions outside Goa or India without permission.
