Goa, Jan. 13 -- The Goa State Hu-man Rights Commission (GHRC) on Monday set aside an eviction notice is-sued by the Socorro Village Panchayat to the family of a man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old child, holding that the no-tice was 'bad in law' and violated basic principles of due process.
