Goa, Nov. 4 -- The Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRO), Goa, deported three Russian nationals on November 4 for allegedly overstaying their tourist visas.

Of the three men, two were convicted by a court, while the third had been lodged at a detention centre prior to deportation.

In a separate incident, a Kenyan woman was deported on November 2 following her conviction in a forgery case.

The deportations form part of the enforcement of immigration regulations against foreign nationals found violating visa conditions or involved in criminal offences.
