Goa, July 13 -- Concerned over the frequent movement of wild animals along the main road connecting Pernem and Korgaon, former Sarpanch Devidas Nagvekar undertook an initiative to clear overgrown trees and bushes lining the stretch to improve visibility and enhance public safety.

According to local residents, wild animals are often spotted crossing or roaming along the road through Korgaon village during both the day and night, posing a risk to motorists and pedestrians.
