Former Air India Head Campbell Wilson Return to NZ Aviation Sector in Board Role
Goa, Aug. 20 -- Air New Zealand has officially announced the appointment of former Air India CEO and Managing Director Campbell Wilson to its Board of Directors. Along with former Chief Financial Officer Robert McDonald, Wilson will officially join the leadership team on September 24, coinciding with the airline's annual shareholders' meeting.
Campbell Wilson, a New Zealand native, brings more than three decades of high-level aviation experience to the carrier. He stepped down as Air India's chief executive in early April, opting to resign prior to the scheduled completion of his tenure in July 2027 after leading the airline for nearly four years.
