India, Feb. 25 -- The Food and Drugs Administration Goa (FDA) conducted a surveillance drive on February 24, 2026, across Calangute, Arpora, Anjuna and Thivim, inspecting multiple categories of food business operators to ensure compliance with food safety norms.
During the drive, a total of 14 establishments were inspected, including ice manufacturing units, discotheque kitchens, restaurants and cashew retailers. Out of these, four units were directed to suspend operations until they achieve full compliance with stipulated regulations.
