Goa, May 13 -- A 26-year-old man from Reis Magos lost his life after allegedly falling from a height while carrying out electrical work at a mosque in Betim on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Shejad Khan, a resident of Reis Magos. According to police, the incident occurred while he was undertaking electrical work at Hamza Masjid.

Officials from Saligao Police Station have registered a case of unnatural death in connection with the incident.

Police stated that, as of now, no foul play is suspected. Further investigations are underway to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the fatal fall.
