Bicholim, July 14 -- Bicholim Police arrested a 29-year-old electric scooter rider after he allegedly knocked down a 40-year-old pedestrian near Tople Restaurant at Valshi, leaving her with grievous leg injuries.

Bicholim Police have arrested a 29-year-old electric scooter rider for allegedly knocking down a pedestrian near Tople Restaurant at Valshi, Bicholim, leaving her with grievous injuries.

The accused has been identified as Prathamesh Prakash Naik (29), while the injured pedestrian is Anita Patil (40).
