Goa, Nov. 6 -- In a significant setback to the controversial transfer of approximately 1.15 lakh square metres of Comunidade land at Azos sim in Tiswadi, the Deputy Collector and Sub-Division al Officer, Panjim, on Thurs day stayed the implemen tation of orders that had declared the Comunidade of Azossim in default and subsequently allowed Sadiq Siraj Dhodamani of Neura to purchase the properties for a total consideration of just Rs 92,500. The ex-parte ad-inter im relief puts on hold the consequential transfer of three properties bearing Survey Nos 7/0, 64/0 and 6/0, measuring a combined 1,15,625 square metres.
