Goa, Sept. 19 -- The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) secured three of the four key posts in the 2026 Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections, prompting sharp reactions from BJP leaders who used the results to target Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his recent youth outreach campaign.

The ABVP won the president, secretary and joint secretary positions, while independent candidate Deepanshu Shokeen secured the vice-president's post. The Congress-backed National Students' Union of India (NSUI), which had won the vice-president's position last year, failed to secure any of the four central panel posts this time.
