Goa, Oct. 30 -- A Dubai-based real estate company has surprised one of its top-performing employees with a luxury Lamborghini Urus after she generated more than $500 million in sales over two years.

Daban Othman, founder and CEO of Richkey Properties, presented the luxury car to real estate agent Natalia Chavez during the company's third anniversary gala and awards ceremony. A video capturing the surprise has gone viral on social media.

Chavez was named Richkey Properties' Top Performer of 2026 and was initially called on stage to receive a trophy from Othman. However, just as she was about to return to her seat, the CEO stopped her and revealed that there was another surprise waiting.
