Goa, July 1 -- The third edition of the Delhi Premier League (DPL 2026) auction is underway, with more than 400 players going under the hammer as the eight franchises look to strengthen their squads for the upcoming season.

Several marquee names, including Rishabh Pant, Mayank Yadav, Suyash Sharma and Himmat Singh, registered for the auction. Ahead of the bidding, all eight franchises announced their retention lists. Each team was given a purse of Rs 1.5 crore, with the remaining amount available for the auction after deductions for retained players.
