Goa, April 27 -- A Crime Branch team from Goa has reached Delhi as part of an ongoing investigation into the recent dacoity cases reported from Dona Paula and Mapusa. The team, comprising around 22 police personnel and led by Inspector Dattuguru Sawant, is working to secure the custody of key suspects believed to be involved in the crimes.
Sources indicated that six suspects have been identified and are likely to be brought to Goa for further questioning and legal procedures. The operation is part of a larger crackdown aimed at dismantling the network behind the dacoities and gathering crucial evidence.
