Goa, April 13 -- A decomposed body of an unidentified male was discovered in bushes opposite the District Hospital in Mapusa, prompting swift action by police.

Personnel from Mapusa Police rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident. The body was found in a highly decomposed state, making identification difficult.

Authorities have initiated efforts to establish the identity of the deceased and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death. Further inquiries are underway to determine the cause of death and any possible foul play.
