Goa, June 20 -- A fresh controversy has emerged ahead of the NEET UG 2026 re-examination scheduled for June 21, after a student from Nagpur was reportedly allotted an examination centre in Abu Dhabi, UAE, triggering concerns over the examination process.

The student, identified as Abdullah, was left distressed after discovering that his re-test centre had been assigned in Abu Dhabi despite having appeared for the earlier examination in Nagpur. With the examination just a day away, the unexpected allotment caused anxiety for the student and his family, who questioned how such a change could have occurred.
