Goa, June 11 -- "What are you doing? How are you? Are you keeping well?"

For Kamlesh Chaudhary's elderly parents, these simple words have become a daily source of comfort ever since the Air India crash claimed the lives of their son and daughter-in-law, Dhapuben, a year ago.

The voice on the other end of the phone belongs to Omar Ali, a colleague of Kamlesh in London-a man the family had never met before tragedy brought them together.
