Accused Soham Naik faces mounting legal trouble after phone records retrieved from the forensic laboratory revealed a video of a minor girl being subjected to sexual abuse.
Official sources indicate that the retrieved data includes evidence of a minor being recorded in a compromising situation with another friend of the accused. Allegations suggest that Soham recorded the incident and distributed the digital content to others.
