Goa, Oct. 31 -- The Goa Police Crime Branch has landed in yet another major con troversy, raising serious questions about discipline, supervision and accounta bility within the police es tablishment. In a shocking devel opment, a serving Police Inspector attached to the Crime Branch has been booked under the Protec tion of Children from Sex ual Offences (POCSO) Act for allegedly sexually as saulting a minor girl inside the Crime Branch office at Ribandar.
