Goa, May 30 -- Congress leader Manikrao Thakare has expressed confidence that the party will form the government in Goa after the 2027 Assembly elections. Addressing party workers, Thakare said the Congress is intensifying its preparations well ahead of the polls and is focused on strengthening its organisational structure across the state.

He emphasised that the party's immediate priority is to expand its reach among voters and reinforce its presence at the grassroots level. According to Thakare, Congress workers have an important role to play in connecting with the public and communicating the party's vision for Goa's future.
